Cynllun Cau Allan/Gwahardd

 

Mae cynlluniau gorchmynion dan waharddiad yn ffordd effeithiol ar reoli troseddwyr a’u hatal rhag troseddu.

Byddwn ni’n rhoi sticeri i’w rhoi yn y ffenestr sy’n arwydd o’ch ymrwymiad i’r cynllun a chanllawiau er gwybodaeth ac arweiniad i chi.

Mae’r cynllun yn gweithredu trwy ddefnyddio un llais ar gyfer cymunedau byd busnes. Rydyn ni’n anfon negeseuon cryf i’r sawl sy’n tramgwyddo ac sy’n peri problemau dro ar ôl tro trwy ddangos bod gyda ni:

 

• Ffordd gyfunol o fynd ati o ran mynd i’r afael â’r sawl sy’n tramgwyddo a pheri problemau dro ar ôl tro
• Gwahardd tramgwyddwyr o siopau, tafarndai, clybiau, bwytai a busnesau.
• Ffodd i ddiogelu staff rhag achosion o gam-drin corfforol a geiriol.
• Lleddfu ofnau am achosion o droseddu mewn eiddo partneriaid, er budd aelodau o staff, cwsmeriaid ac aelodau o’r cyhoedd.
• Rhyddhau adnoddau fyddai fel arall yn cael eu gwario ar gadw llygaid ar y sawl sy’n tramgwyddo dro ar ôl tro a’u dal.
• Annog rhagor o fuddsoddi trwy greu a hyrwyddo gweithle diogel a materion buddsoddi.

 

Bydd cyfarfodydd unwaith y mis i drafod:

1. Problemau a materion o bryder
2. Rhoi gwybod y diweddaraf i’r aelodau
3. Penderfynu ar hyd a lled gorchmynion cau allan tramgwyddwyr diweddar yng nghanol trefi.

The scheme operates by utilising the business community as one voice. We are sending strong messages to persistent thieves and troublemakers that we have:

• A collective approach in dealing with persistent and prolific thieves and troublemakers

• Exclude offenders from the member shops, pubs, clubs, restaurants and businesses.

• Protects staff from acts or the threat of physical violence and verbal abuse.

• Reduces the fear of crime in members’ premises, for the benefit of staff, customers and the public.

• Frees up resources otherwise spent observing and apprehending repeat offenders.

• Encourages greater economic investment by creating and promoting a safer place to invest and work.

Meetings are held every month to discuss:

1. Problems and concerns
2. Update the members on progress
3. To decide on the length of the exclusion that recent offenders in the town centres are going to receive.
